The hotel has a fantastic location near the beach and various restaurants. The rooms were very dated and old, with moth-eaten velvet curtains and bedding. Ants were a major issue, and the receptionist's response to complaints was disappointing. However, the upgraded rooms are much cleaner, equipped with air conditioning, and free from ants, greatly enhancing the stay.
The hotel is situated in a bustling area surrounded by souvenir shops. The rooms, although labeled as deluxe double, had twin beds and were unfortunately infested with ants. The staff seemed concerned about noise disturbances from guests and neighboring premises, but they were friendly and multilingual. The location is convenient for travelers heading to Barcelona, but the surroundings lack cultural charm and are filled with questionable characters. On the positive side, the hotel is near the Casino for those willing to pay for parking.
